Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant

LinkGroup is seeking a Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant to guide an enterprise platform implementation of SAP/ERP. The role involves working at the intersection of executive business leadership and program delivery, with responsibilities including evaluating operational workflows and cross-functional process interdependencies.

• 7+ years experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with SAP / S/4HANA.
• Deep functional expertise in core enterprise value streams:
  • P2P: Strategic sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, vendor management.
  • O2C: Order management, fulfillment, billing, credit, receivables.
  • Supply Chain: Demand planning, warehousing, inventory, logistics execution.
• Proven ability to influence Director and C-suite level stakeholders.
• Strong skills in structured problem-solving, process mapping, risk management, and executive reporting.

Nice to have:

• Experience or interest in using modern automation tools or AI agents for process analysis, documentation, and reporting.

Process Interdependence & Impact Analysis:

• Evaluate and map complex End-to-End (E2E) process flows across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain / Logistics domains.
• Identify cross-departmental dependencies and assess impact on ERP core architecture.
• Highlight risks, process gaps, and integration bottlenecks to prevent delays and misalignment.

Senior Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership:

• Conduct discovery workshops and strategic alignment sessions with executive stakeholders and process owners.
• Translate enterprise architecture choices into business impacts for non-technical leadership.
• Advise business units in adapting to standardized operating models within the new ERP environment.

Program Governance & PMO Integration:

• Maintain program management oversight with executive progress reporting, risk registers, and decision trackers.
• Collaborate with technical partners and enterprise architects to ensure solution alignment with strategy.
• Establish process governance structures to manage scope changes and cross-functional alignment.
