Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (m/f/n)

Currently, the position is for a partner company to design, develop, and deliver automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, ALM
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Understanding of digital platform design best practices, performance, and integration patterns
• Skills in troubleshooting complex automation scenarios and clear communication with support teams
• Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, proactive solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi for the first month
• English language proficiency minimum B2

• Implement solutions based on Power Platform including Copilot Studio, ensuring quality, performance, and platform best practices
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders
• Configure process-oriented application workflows and perform component, integration, and user acceptance testing on the low-code platform
• Customize industry-focused solution packages
• Troubleshoot automation and platform-related issues, coordinating with platform support
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and design guidelines

Position requires onsite presence in Abu Dhabi for the first month. English language proficiency minimum B2.
