• Regularly play board games, follow trends and new titles
• Have experience and be comfortable working in project teams
• Design and develop own game ideas
• Create transparent and complete project documentation and know how to use it
• Propose creative solutions to diagnosed problems
• Give and receive constructive feedback
• Independently plan work based on assigned tasks, goals, and product brief
• Be responsible and diligent, caring about quality and details
• Use analytical skills to analyze existing game mechanics and their impact on gameplay
• Interest in pop culture and adapt projects to player expectations
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in the board games or digital games industry
• Released at least one board game as a designer or developer
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Knowledge of TTS

• Creatively design and develop board games including mechanics, components, and expansions
• Create and update prototypes of board games
• Design and conduct playtests, collect feedback, and analyze results
• Implement new mechanical solutions within board games
• Diagnose problems and risks in game mechanics under testing
• Collaborate with other departments during the product creation process
• Verify the correctness of game elements such as components, instructions, and iconography in cooperation with other teams
