Chief Technology Officer

For almost eight years, we have been changing Europe men's and women's homes, providing their most personal spaces with furniture and decorations tailored to their needs.

We are one of the largest sellers of furniture and decorations in Poland, offering carefully selected products with unique colors, forms, and fabrics. Customers can find and buy products of both well-known producers and niche brands. We are ready for our customer's needs even if they want to implement the craziest interior design visions.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Independently implemented own solution in production in the last six months.
• Experience in process automation with ability to estimate staff numbers before/after automation and deployment time.
• Daily work with agent tools, awareness of their limits and architecture importance.
• Practical knowledge of Python; intensive use of Odoo based on Python.
• Experience leading a team through change in work methods.
• Practical knowledge of e-commerce operations regarding processes and data.
• Knowledge of: AI Agents, Python, process automation, Shopify, Odoo, data integration, team management.

• Build a data layer to calculate full margin per product and channel, integrating data from Shopify, BaseLinker, Odoo, advertising platforms, carrier invoices, and complaints.
• Redesign the software development process: promote direct cooperation between business and developers, delegate code production to agents, and apply automatic tests.
• Develop Shopify Plus store focusing on conversion, speed, checkout, and market expansion.
• Automate orders, customer service, and complaints without stopping company operations.
• Manage a team of around a dozen people, budget, recruitment, vendors, and lead change in working methods.
• Join the management team and collaborate directly with the CEO, independently making decisions within your scope.
• Participate in a hiring process including interview, paid workday solving real problems, and quick decision-making.

Work requires presence in office once a week in Wrocław (hybrid model).
