Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• 5+ years of professional experience working with React.
• 3+ years of professional experience working with Node.js, TypeScript, and backend Node development, or willingness to learn.
• Extensive experience with front-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including performance tuning.
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and development, including versioning and security best practices.
• Well-versed in all aspects of SDLC, including CICD, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to debug and optimize code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with AWS.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software covering both frontend and backend.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, taking ownership of projects.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in architectural design and planning, ensuring the scalability and maintainability of systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Build APIs to power AI agents and tooling.
• Own a complex set of services and applications with focus on 24/7 availability.
• Lead technical discussions leading to improvements in tools, processes, or projects.
• Work on scaling the identity graph to deliver impactful advertising campaigns.
• Work with project managers, designers, data engineers, and scientists to implement new features.
