DLP Operations Analyst

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe, focusing on consulting, engineering, and talent development. The Global Cybersecurity Operations team provides Information & Network Defence services, with the Global Data Loss Prevention team protecting sensitive data and supporting compliance globally.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise DLP solutions such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, CASB platforms, and Zscaler tools
• Proven ability in monitoring, triage, and policy tuning for DLP controls
• Strong understanding of incident response methodologies and security frameworks
• Familiarity with data lifecycle management and privacy regulations, including GDPR
• Knowledge of operating systems, common platforms, and financial sector compliance standards
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong collaboration in cross-cultural, global environments
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with strong communication and reporting skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in global information security operations or regulated financial services environments
• Knowledge of automation/orchestration solutions for incident handling
• Understanding of threat landscapes, compliance controls, and audit processes

• Monitor DLP events across multiple tools like Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Zscaler, and CASB platforms and triage alerts against policies
• Follow incident response playbooks to investigate, escalate, and remediate potential data loss events
• Collaborate with local and regional DLP teams and the Information Protection Response (IPR) team to assess risks and determine containment
• Support incident handovers across time zones, ensuring continuity and accurate record-keeping
• Assist in policy refinement and tuning to reduce false positives and improve controls
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders during response phases, assist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention
• Document incidents and updates according to internal compliance and reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Promote information protection awareness with business and IT stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and global improvement initiatives
