Business Analyst

This role is for a globally recognized enterprise operating within a dynamic product development organization focused on delivering enterprise-grade software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.

• 7+ years of relevant, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within software or product development environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based application architectures, preferably with experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
• Proven ability to operate within Agile software delivery frameworks with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder management.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Availability to join within a maximum notice period of one month.

• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and product capabilities for enterprise software solutions.
• Act as the critical bridge connecting business stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects, UX Designers, and engineering teams to ensure unified delivery.
• Work closely with Agile software delivery teams to drive development cycles, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful, high-quality software releases.
• Continuously analyze and improve existing business processes, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Leverage understanding of cloud-based applications (Microsoft Azure) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support design and rollout of AI-enabled business solutions.
