Senior Python Engineer – Algorithms

People More is a technology company serving a large client base in Poland and abroad, building projects from scratch including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile development. They work directly with clients and support partners worldwide.

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Python development
• Excellent knowledge of Python
• Strong algorithmic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity
• Experience designing complex and scalable software systems
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Very good English and Polish language skills
• Availability for on-site onboarding in Warsaw during the first week of cooperation

• Developing advanced software solutions in Python
• Designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
• Creating and optimizing algorithms for complex operational problems
• Developing data-driven logic, heuristics, and decision-making mechanisms
• Working on performance optimization and computationally complex problems
• Designing and developing APIs and integrations with external systems
• Testing and validating developed solutions
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
