Zoho CRM Analyst & Integration Specialist

Colibrix One develops cutting-edge IT solutions for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and neobanking platforms across the European Union and the UK. Their mission is to create secure, scalable, and high-performance payment technologies that fuel financial innovation and empower businesses in the digital economy.

• 3–5 years as a systems/business analyst or Zoho CRM administrator with experience in requirements gathering and CRM configuration.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and usage of AI development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 protocol for secure integrations.
• Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho One applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python or PHP.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Exposure to the Zoho Developer Console or building custom extensions/widgets (not required).

Zoho CRM Administration:

• Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and ensure data security.
• Build and maintain workflow and assignment rules, blueprints, and approval processes using Deluge scripting and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and audits.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users.

Third-Party Integrations:

• Analyze integration needs and design data flow and logic.
• Implement integrations between Zoho CRM and external applications using APIs, webhooks, custom functions, Deluge, and AI tools.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot, and enhance as needed.

Requirements & Solution Design:

• Gather and document business requirements with multiple teams.
• Translate business needs into functional designs including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and process logic.
• Advise on configuration vs scripted automation within Zoho CRM.
