At Auctane, we help businesses deliver their mailing and shipping needs globally through software products including ShipStation, Stamps.com, ShipStation API, Metapack, GlobalPost, and Packlink, partnering with major companies such as Amazon, UPS, USPS, eBay, BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Walmart. The Polish engineering hub is key in the organization, focusing on complex international products and global collaboration. The role is part of this expanding engineering team in Poland.
Wymagania
- Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS with strong focus on quality.
- Expertise in designing and delivering low-latency, high-throughput API systems using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and agile methodologies including Agile, Lean, and DevOps.
- Strong experience in writing automated tests (unit, integration), pairing, code quality enhancement, and continuous integration.
- Proven experience in at least one object-oriented programming language or framework, specifically Java.
- Experience developing CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
- Commitment to Continuous Delivery practices.
- Passionate about full team ownership of the product lifecycle including code, infrastructure, and support.
- Eagerness to learn new programming languages or technologies.
- Skilled at balancing quality product delivery with tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset focused on outstanding product delivery.
- Fluency in Polish and English required.
- Strong People Management, performance review, and coaching skills.
