Lead Infrastructure Engineer with French

Cyclad is an IT company working with top international IT companies to deliver advanced automation technologies. The project is located in Katowice with a hybrid work model, focusing on enterprise automation solutions with project languages French and English.

• Strong expertise in advanced automation platforms and related technologies.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex automated solutions.
• Experience with project assessments, work package definition, and solution planning.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure architecture, operations, and service management.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, governance, and security frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of SLA-based service delivery and operational governance.
• Previous experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to create clear documentation and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Very good knowledge of French and English (minimum B2).
• Willingness for occasional international business trips and regular visits to the Katowice office.

Nice to have:

• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• ITIL v4 certification.
• Additional certifications related to Automation, Cloud, Security, or Infrastructure Architecture.

• Take the lead in designing, architecting, and implementing complex automation solutions using enterprise automation platforms.
• Conduct technical studies and assessments, support project planning, and prepare reliable estimates of effort, costs, and risks.
• Supervise project delivery and operational activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality, security standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Serve as a trusted partner for customers and stakeholders by contributing to governance sessions, solution evaluations, and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain high standards of quality, security, data integrity, and compliance while improving operational processes.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams, support their development and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with architects, transformation teams, vendors, and partners to assess technologies and support innovation.
• Identify and monitor operational and project risks, handle escalations and incident response, and provide strategic recommendations.
