Senior Mendix Developer

SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner carrying out successful projects worldwide for prestigious firms.

• 8+ years of IT development experience, with proven expertise as a Senior Mendix Developer and relevant Mendix certification.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Mendix low-code development, domain models, microflows/nanoflows, custom widgets, and Java actions.
• Strong technical background in Java programming, Jinja template engine, REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise system integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, acceptance testing (UAT), and familiarity with the HERMES project management framework.
• Willingness and capability to step into a Scrum Lead role on a rotational basis (hosting dailies, retrospectives, and backlog refinement).

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Mendix applications, implementing prioritized backlog items and resolving production incidents.
• Host rotational Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions for 3-week sprint cycles.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to clarify functional requirements, coordinate UAT issue resolution, and align on production incident fixes.
• Coordinate with the Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE), external service providers, and interfacing system teams.
• Maintain dynamic document and email templates built with the Jinja template engine where needed.
