• Provide direct technical support, ensuring continuity of IT services and infrastructure
• Coordinate and diagnose tickets requiring second-line IT support, ensuring quality and SLA compliance
• Administer and support selected systems such as Access Control and pull printing systems along with related databases
• Create and update instructions and training materials for end users
