• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, ERP implementation, financial consulting, or related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, accounting, or financial management systems.
• Experience configuring and maintaining electronic banking (e-banking) connections.
• Knowledge of banking communication methods including API, host-to-host, and SFTP connectivity.
• Experience with payment and banking file formats such as ISO 20022 XML, SEPA, SWIFT MT/MX, ACH, BACS, CAMT.
• Familiarity with payment file generation, bank statement imports, reconciliation, and bank connectivity testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft.
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
• Experience with international banking environments and treasury processes including cash forecasting, payment processing, netting, FX conversion.

• Lead and support the implementation of financial software and business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document client business and financial requirements.
• Prepare, cleanse, and structure financial data for forecasting.
• Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Configure financial modules and workflows according to specifications.
• Set up and maintain electronic banking (e-banking) connections, including API, Host-to-Host, and SFTP integrations.
• Configure, test, and maintain payment files, bank statement imports, and bank communication interfaces.
• Work with payment and banking file formats such as ISO 20022 XML, SEPA, SWIFT MT/MX, CAMT, ACH, BACS, and other bank-specific formats.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment.
• Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external banking partners.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and financial workflows.
