• Higher education, preferably in computer science.
• Minimum 8 years of programming experience as a Fullstack Developer working on large, distributed systems with very good knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, and Angular or another web framework.
• Good command of English enabling effective work with technical documentation.
• Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Knowledge of system architecture concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Independence, communicativeness, creativity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment under time pressure.

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Analyze, design, and implement new applications and systems.
• Support analysts in user requirements analysis.
• Estimate effort for software development.
• Supervise system and integration testing.
• Ensure product quality by supporting acceptance tests and solution deployment.
• Participate in system operation and maintenance.
• Optimize performance and capacity of delivered solutions.
• Participate in development of architectural solutions and requirements for business initiatives.
• Oversee implementation work and review source code and technical documentation from internal and external suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with corporate standards and contribute to their development.
• Manage and update the technical documentation repository for IT systems.
• Participate in application development planning, feasibility analysis, and preparation of implementation assumptions.
