IT Project Manager (M/F/X)

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a business or IT environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience in ERP system implementations (SAP or equivalent) is a strong asset
• Openness to business travel (mainly within Europe and the US)
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work
• Genuine interest in new technologies, especially AI

• Lead IT projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate work between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Manage project risks, budgets, and progress reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, standards, and governance
• Support initiatives related to digital transformation and emerging technologies, including AI and automation
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
