The company is seeking a senior specialist with broad practical experience in operational and technical cybersecurity to independently manage and develop the security area, balancing business, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Wymagania

  • Several years of experience in operational/technical cybersecurity, including security monitoring, log and alert analysis, and incident management.
  • Experience in conducting security audits and coordinating penetration tests.
  • Practical skills in creating and maintaining security policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of KSC/NIS2 requirements.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and readiness to help develop the tool stack.
  • Understanding of security best practices in software development processes and collaboration with development teams.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and conduct training and educational activities.
  • Communicative proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • High independence, good work organization, and ability to prioritize.

Nice to have:

  • Cybersecurity certifications.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of RODO relevant for cooperation with the Data Protection Officer.
  • Experience in key or significant entities.

Obowiązki

  • Verify and analyze organizational compliance with cybersecurity regulations, especially KSC/NIS2 and key entity obligations.
  • Conduct trainings and educational activities to build cybersecurity awareness.
  • Supervise existing security systems and initiate new security solutions.
  • Analyze logs, alerts, and security reports; manage, document, and report incidents.
  • Co-create, maintain, and test business continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Participate in development and deployment teams to implement security best practices throughout software development lifecycle.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate security audits and penetration tests; document results and oversee recommendations.
  • Create, update, and develop security policies and procedures in cooperation with the Data Protection Officer (IOD) and legal team.
  • Support IOD in analyzing personal data breaches and risk assessment.
