Junior FullStack Developer

Cheil Poland is part of Cheil Worldwide, a marketing company under the Samsung Group headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. The company offers advertising, digital marketing, public relations, shopper marketing, and more, working closely with Samsung (Poland, Europe, and worldwide) as the global digital production center for Samsung.com since 2018. Cheil Poland develops advanced solutions for retail, blending traditional in-person retail with digital-focused solutions, ATL & BTL.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer responsible for both backend and frontend
• Backend: Node.js/Express.JS, Docker, webhooks, microservices, GitLab CI/CD
• Frontend: ReactJS, HTML, TypeScript, and CSS
• Knowledge of MongoDB and database design
• API integration, design, and development
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, CloudFormation, EC2, S3, Load balancers, Terraform)
• Comfortable with Git commands and terminal, Figma, and Photoshop
• Skilled problem solver able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working as a solo developer
• Passion for great design and attention to detail
• Experience in Agile environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines
• Availability to work in hybrid model: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

• Build world-class quality assurance software involved in the entire process from idea creation to feature launch
• Work closely with the team on solution design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
• Assist in feature scoping and planning
• Communicate development status, issues, and questions via demonstrations
• Adopt new frameworks or libraries as the technology stack evolves
• Solve complex problems and support the team
• Communicate technical creations to non-technical colleagues
