Lead DevOps Engineer

Profitroom S.A. is an engineering company managing a complex distributed infrastructure with over 400 virtual machines, operating cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and GCP.

• Minimum 5 years experience in DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administration with complex, distributed infrastructures
• Proven experience leading a team of DevOps or Infrastructure engineers
• Proficiency with Linux (specifically Rocky Linux)
• Experience with containers: Docker
• Fluent with orchestration and GitOps tools: Kubernetes, Helm, and FluxCD
• Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana, QuestDB, Prometheus
• Skilled in automation and configuration management tools: Ansible, Terraform
• Experience with MariaDB administration and web servers like NGINX
• Ability to support infrastructure for applications in PHP, Node.js, and/or Python
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, or Go
• At least 2 years experience with cloud platforms including AWS, DigitalOcean, and/or GCP
• Language skills: Polish at C1 level and English at B2 level

• Experience with rundeck
• Experience with n8n

• Collaborate with software development teams and support their releases
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
• Design and implement automated infrastructure solutions
• Maintain existing cloud infrastructure and virtual machines
• Monitor environment and perform problem analysis and resolution
• Optimise and automate infrastructure and processes with understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
