Tester → QA Specialist Track

Profitroom S.A. operates with an international technology and product project focus, specializing in hospitality and bookings domains. The company follows a remote-first collaboration model with flexible project setups and planned service breaks aligned with contract terms.

• Business and domain curiosity covering pricing, bookings, and integrations beyond UI.
• Methodical and meticulous testing with structured scenarios and edge-case awareness.
• Experience using AI-assisted testing tools including Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent.
• Fundamental manual testing skills including exploratory testing, test case design, and actionable bug reporting.
• Process awareness to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Communicative proficiency in Polish (business domain) and English (documentation and cross-team collaboration).

Nice to have:

• Workflow automation experience using AI tools for documentation, reporting, or test data.
• Domain experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Proven use of AI tools in professional or personal projects.
• Experience authoring test strategies or edge-case lists followed by developers.

• Execute tests for features before release using structured edge-case thinking rather than scripted clicks.
• Run independent exploratory testing sessions on production beyond recent releases.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code and ChatGPT for scenario generation, coverage auditing, and drafting test documentation.
• Draft accurate product and technical documentation validated by domain knowledge.
• Identify and propose fixes for inefficient or broken processes instead of working around them.
