Proven experience delivering Experience Cloud portals, customer onboarding, or authenticated web experiences.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities: Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, validation rules, and core configuration.
Hands-on experience with Experience Builder: templates, themes, navigation, audiences, and security configuration.
Front-end development skills in Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive, reusable components.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and integration patterns; ability to work with integration and architecture teams.
Understanding of security models for portals, including external user access, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator.

Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, portals, and authenticated self-service experiences.
Configure Experience Builder elements including templates, themes, navigation, audiences, permissions, and page layouts.
Build Lightning Web Components, Apex services, Salesforce Flows, and reusable UI components aligned to UX and accessibility expectations.
Integrate portal experiences with Salesforce CRM data, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise services; support integration troubleshooting.
Apply and maintain secure access patterns using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and external user models.
Collaborate with UX designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to translate requirements into usable customer journeys.
Contribute to peer code reviews, unit testing, defect remediation, deployment readiness, and post-deployment support.
Support DevOps practices including Git workflows, feature branches, pull requests, and Salesforce deployment tools for CI/CD and environment progression.
