Head of Business Applications - Dynamics 365

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise business applications.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading international and cross-functional teams.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Experience managing global ERP and CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated success in digital transformation and enterprise application modernization.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Customer Engagement.
• Experience with BaaN ERP preferred.
• Expertise in Enterprise Integration technologies.
• Familiarity with API Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Azure platform, Power Platform, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, Data Warehousing.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• Experience with ITIL Service Management.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Business Analysis & Process Design:

• Define and execute the Business Applications strategy aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise application roadmap.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize business processes across global operations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

Application Portfolio Management:

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise application landscape including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, BaaN ERP, and enterprise integration.
• Manage Data & Analytics, Reporting, and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Ensure applications remain secure, scalable, supported, and aligned with business needs.

Leadership & People Management:

• Lead and develop an international Business Applications organization.
• Inspire, coach, and mentor managers and technical specialists.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
• Promote knowledge sharing and professional development.

Business Relationship Management:

• Build strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and prioritize initiatives.

Service Delivery & Operations:

• Oversee application support and maintenance.
• Monitor service quality and performance.
• Ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management.
• Improve application availability and reliability.
• Drive continuous service improvement.

Project & Program Delivery:

• Lead ERP and CRM implementations, business process transformation, system integrations, regulatory compliance initiatives, application upgrades, and global rollouts.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Governance & Architecture:

• Establish governance for demand management, portfolio management, solution design, application lifecycle management, release management, testing strategy, environment management, data governance, security, access management, and segregation of duties.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure teams.
