Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Our client is a rapidly expanding global FinTech organization operating at the intersection of technology and financial services. The company is building a new SSC structure in Gdańsk focused on shaping processes and driving operational excellence. The target working model is hybrid, with 3 days per week from the office.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: hardware, software, networking, and cloud
• Experience with ITMS workflows and customer-focused delivery
• Ability to integrate multiple technologies into cohesive solutions
• Familiarity with security frameworks: NIST, CIS, SOX, ISO 27001
• 5-10 years of experience with security tools such as SentinelOne, Microsoft Suite, Rapid7, ServiceNow, Google SecOps
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Purview
• Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Manage service requests from internal teams and partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across global IT systems
• Investigate security events to assess scope, impact, and root causes
• Work with Security Operations to evaluate alert severity and prioritize actions
• Execute incident response activities, including containment, remediation, and recovery
• Maintain clear documentation of all incident response actions for analysis and improvement
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout incidents, providing updates and involving them in decisions
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen organizational security posture
