Android Architect / Technical Coach

• Minimum 8 years of experience working with Android, Kotlin, and designing architecture
• Experience working with Java
• Knowledge of Android SDK, Architecture Components, and Jetpack libraries
• Experience with multi-module applications, modularization, and plugin architecture
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI, and Dependency Injection
• Experience with Gradle and optimizing application build processes
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, automated tests, and best practices for code quality assurance
• Experience in refactoring and modernizing large applications
• Ability to build trust and influence through substantive argument rather than hierarchy
• Analytical approach, mentoring experience, very good communication skills
• Proficiency in Polish and English for confident daily spoken and written communication

• Leading the development of a shared Android platform architecture based on modularity and plugin architecture for multiple applications from one codebase
• Reviewing and assessing existing production code to simplify and improve maintainability
• Assisting in making well-founded technical decisions
• Early identification of technical risks and architectural bottlenecks with practical staged change planning
• Supporting teams in solving complex technical problems via pair programming, code review, and hands-on coding if needed
• Building technical alignment between teams through substantive discussion instead of top-down mandates
• Mentoring engineers and technical leaders to support architectural autonomy
• Facilitating technical consensus within teams and leadership through active participation in architectural discussions with Tech Leads, Team Leads, and Engineering Managers
