End User Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, EUC or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra
• Experience with remote access technologies and/or Citrix
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Practical, engineering-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in a complex enterprise environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services or investment banking
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Knowledge of modern endpoint management and cloud-based technologies

• Manage and develop endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Entra
• Support secure remote access solutions and Citrix environments
• Identify and resolve end-user and technical issues across endpoint, identity, and infrastructure layers
• Work closely with engineering, security, networking, and business teams
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the end-user experience
• Contribute to standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement of endpoint platforms
• Support technology decisions and deliver practical, scalable solutions
