Data & Business Consultant

Elitmind is a consulting company working in Data/AI projects with international clients through small teams. The role involves cooperation with architects and developers in project design and implementation phases.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Business and System Analysis, particularly in Data/AI projects
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements, and designing solutions
• Proficiency in data analysis and data modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand and work with architectural models and technical diagrams
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to work in dynamic environments and provide value-driven recommendations
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Power BI
• Comfortable working in a consulting environment
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Analyzing data sources and designing optimal data models
• Creating and proposing final solutions to clients in the form of Power BI report mockups
• Identifying business needs and defining project scope and product roadmap
• Preparing and conducting presentations for various audience groups
• Collecting functional and non-functional requirements
• Verifying existing business processes and identifying improvements
• Building project backlogs, defining epics and user stories
• Preparing test plans and testing developed solutions
• Managing analytical documentation
• Direct cooperation with clients on Business Intelligence solutions and business apps
• Close cooperation with architects during design phase
• Close cooperation with developers during project implementation
• Supporting the Project Owner in project management or coordinating projects using SCRUM/AGILE methods
