Senior Java Developer (with Angular)

XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments. It is the largest FinTech in Poland and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in multiple countries including Asia and South America. The role is within the Customer Care team, which supports post-onboarding client processes and develops an ecosystem of AI-based solutions, internal microservices, AML and anti-fraud systems, and a centralized Customer Database. The team works in quarterly cycles with defined goals and KPIs.

• Strong experience building Java-based microservices with understanding of scalability and performance challenges
• Commercial experience with Angular framework and solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
• Ability to deliver solutions according to requirements with ownership and proactivity
• Commitment to high code quality and engineering best practices
• Experience working effectively within an experienced team and collaborating with professionals

• Design, implement, and evolve Java-based microservices ensuring scalability and performance
• Develop user interfaces with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
• Translate business analysis into concrete technical solutions meeting requirements and deadlines
• Take ownership and proactively handle assigned tasks, identify risks, and propose solutions
• Maintain high code quality adhering to clean, testable code standards and system architecture
• Actively contribute to project development, continuous improvement, and optimization
• Communicate and collaborate effectively within an experienced team environment
