Product Owner (Poland)

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably working closely with software development teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and managing backlogs.
• Ability to translate high-level business ideas into clear, actionable requirements and development tasks.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex product requirements to technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset to take responsibility for features from idea through delivery.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and other technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

• Act as the key link between stakeholders and the development team.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood, properly planned, and successfully delivered.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage well-structured backlogs using Jira.
