Senior Product Owner

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Having delivered at least 3 commercially launched products, including at least one in the insurance industry
• Possession of a PSPO II certification or recognized equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Proficient in backlog management: writing precise user stories, requirements decomposition, and value-based prioritization
• Understanding of technical topics (API, system integrations) and ability to assess their impact on product development
• Ability to independently manage trade-offs (time, cost, scope, quality) and make decisions under uncertainty
• Assertive stakeholder expectation management and conflict resolution between business and IT
• Experience in designing and monitoring product metrics (e.g., TTM, ROI, KPI, OKR, NPS)

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of SQL and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Certifications such as PSM II, SAFe, or LeSS
• Experience collaborating with UX teams and good understanding of design processes
• Facilitation skills for advanced workshops (e.g., story mapping, event storming)
• Practice of experiment-driven approaches, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

• Defining, developing, and implementing a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational strategic goals
• Making daily product decisions and ensuring optimal value delivery
• Leading the discovery phase including research, workshops, and thorough analysis of business and end-user needs
• Comprehensive backlog management including prioritization, decomposition, and full transparency for development teams and stakeholders
• Daily close collaboration with IT teams while considering and addressing technological constraints
• Monitoring work progress and taking full responsibility for successful end-to-end product deployments
• Defining, collecting, and thoroughly analyzing key product metrics
