Senior Security Officer

• Several years of operational/technical cybersecurity experience, including security monitoring, log and alert analysis, and incident management.
• Experience conducting security audits and coordinating penetration tests.
• Practical skills in creating and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of KSC/NIS2 requirements.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and willingness to help develop the tool stack.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development and ability to collaborate with development teams.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and conduct organizational trainings.
• English language proficiency at communicative level (B1).
• High independence, good work organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have:

• Cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of GDPR relevant for collaboration with Data Protection Officer.
• Experience in a key or critical entity.

• Verify and analyze organizational compliance with cybersecurity regulations, specifically KSC/NIS2 and key entity obligations.
• Build cybersecurity awareness through trainings and educational activities.
• Oversee existing security systems and initiate new security solutions.
• Analyze logs, alerts, and security reports; handle, document, and report incidents.
• Collaborate on continuity plans and Disaster Recovery testing.
• Participate in developer and deployment teams to implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate security audits and penetration tests; document and monitor follow-up actions.
• Develop, update, and improve security policies and procedures with the Data Protection Officer (IOD) and legal team.
• Support the IOD in analyzing data protection breaches and risk assessments.
