IT Team Coordinator with German

Our client is one of the leading software providers for the insurance industry in Europe. The company is the foremost broker software developer in Germany, holding more than 25% market share in the broker software segment. The company develops a large-scale SaaS platform supporting the entire insurance broking lifecycle, including insurer connectivity, comparison systems, policy management and digital process automation.

• Several years of experience in an IT/software environment, e.g. as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Application Consultant, Implementation Consultant, IT Consultant or similar
• Experience coordinating, mentoring or supporting other team members
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system or process solutions
• Good understanding of software systems and data
• Knowledge of SQL / databases
• Experience with system integrations, interfaces or APIs is an advantage
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, insurance, finance or consulting is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Independent, proactive and hands-on working style
• Fluent German (minimum B2+/C1)
• Good English communication skills

• Coordinate and support a small team of 5 Business Analysts / Technical Business Analysts
• Work directly with German-speaking enterprise clients
• Understand and analyse client business processes and requirements
• Translate business needs into practical system and software solutions
• Coordinate closely with development and internal specialist teams
• Conduct regular client meetings, workshops and solution discussions
• Support long-term Key Account relationships or new client implementations
• Coordinate software implementation, configuration and further development
• Support quality assurance and ensure new features meet client requirements
• Identify priorities, risks and blockers and support smooth project delivery
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new Business Analysts
• Support resource allocation and basic commercial/billing coordination within the team
