AI Architect & Consultant

The team of 40+ experts serves clients across Poland and Europe, focusing on restaurant/hospitality and financial services sectors. They leverage Microsoft's technology stack and are a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI and Azure.

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or data solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and RAG.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, including regression, classification, and forecasting.
• Experience in designing and deploying production-grade cloud solutions.
• Ability to combine architecture work with hands-on implementation.
• Ability to move quickly from an idea to a working solution.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with security, maintainability, and production quality.
• Good communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
• Very good command of Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework or other AI orchestration frameworks.
• Previous experience in consulting, presales, or technical workshops.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI evaluation.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.

• Designing and building production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Developing AI agents, multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and RAG solutions.
• Integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and data platforms.
• Building Machine Learning and forecasting solutions.
• Rapidly creating prototypes and Proofs of Concept to validate ideas and technical assumptions.
• Supporting projects from discovery and architecture through implementation and production deployment.
• Working directly with clients and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Supporting presales, including solution concepts, effort estimates, and technical proposals.
• Using AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and delivery.
• Introducing new technologies, engineering practices, and reusable patterns into client projects and internal delivery processes.
