Senior Product Specialist Veeva

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM), Electronic Data Capture (EDC), and Clinical Trial operations within the Pharma or Life Sciences sector.
• Practical experience with the Veeva Clinical Data Management Suite (Veeva EDC, Veeva CDB) or similar clinical data platforms.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner, System Owner, or Senior Specialist managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Solid understanding of GxP guidelines, SOPs, validation activities, and regulated environments.
• Good understanding of IT architecture, data flows, and platform integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Polish is not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Manage the product lifecycle of the clinical platform, including backlog prioritization, MVP strategies, and continuous improvements.
• Translate complex clinical business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Oversee platform enhancements, integration initiatives, troubleshooting, and user adoption for Veeva Vault CDMS.
• Ensure system adherence to GxP guidelines, support validation processes, and maintain product documentation.
• Conduct impact assessments for system changes, evaluate risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT.
