Wymagania
- Expert knowledge of Atlassian Jira administration and configuration
- Experience with Jira migrations and working with Jira Cloud and Data Center
- Familiarity with Jira Governance, Automation, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience with Confluence and Advanced Roadmaps / Planning.io
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Experience conducting trainings, workshops, and knowledge transfer
- Proficiency in Power BI and creating KPIs and reports
- Nice to have: knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or other GenAI tools
- Fluent knowledge of German and English languages
Obowiązki
- Participation in an international transformation project involving Atlassian Jira environment standardization and development
- Configuration of Jira projects, workflows, boards, filters, and dashboards
- Supporting migration of projects and configurations to Jira Cloud
- Developing standards for governance, reporting, and KPI
- Creating documentation, best practices, and training materials
- Conducting workshops and knowledge transfer to users
- Identifying opportunities for automation and use of AI tools
