Senior Atlassian Jira Consultant

• Expert knowledge of Atlassian Jira administration and configuration
• Experience with Jira migrations and working with Jira Cloud and Data Center
• Familiarity with Jira Governance, Automation, dashboards, and reporting
• Experience with Confluence and Advanced Roadmaps / Planning.io
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience conducting trainings, workshops, and knowledge transfer
• Proficiency in Power BI and creating KPIs and reports
• Nice to have: knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or other GenAI tools
• Fluent knowledge of German and English languages

• Participation in an international transformation project involving Atlassian Jira environment standardization and development
• Configuration of Jira projects, workflows, boards, filters, and dashboards
• Supporting migration of projects and configurations to Jira Cloud
• Developing standards for governance, reporting, and KPI
• Creating documentation, best practices, and training materials
• Conducting workshops and knowledge transfer to users
• Identifying opportunities for automation and use of AI tools
