Senior Backend Developer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two main areas: creating systems requested by clients mostly in financial, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in recruiting specialists via bodyleasing. The company has extensive experience in delivering large and complex projects used daily by millions of users. Most projects are long-term and primarily remote with occasional meetups in Warsaw, operating in smaller teams with mixed seniority levels, emphasizing honesty, trust, and good relationships.

• Minimum 8 years of programming experience in Java.
• Experience in large IT projects.
• Experience in designing architecture.
• Comfortable with client conversations and gathering business requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or insurance (consulting).

• Implement new functionalities and modify existing applications/services in the banking domain.
• Support in creating system architecture.

Recruitment process:

• Initial ~20-minute phone interview with HR.
• Approximately 1-hour online technical talk, covering experience and technical knowledge.
