Experienced Azure Platform Specialist

Arla is a global leader in the dairy industry with a Global Shared Services centre in Gdańsk that includes IT Services and IT Solutions divisions, supporting procurement, finance, HR operations, and various app development and implementation projects to ensure global supply of Arla products.

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Azure cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, security, monitoring, and platform operations.
• Experience with Azure Databricks including workspace, cluster, job, security, and performance considerations.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management, and environment governance.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, PLM, ERP, PIM systems, event-driven architecture, or data platform solutions is a plus.
• Relevant Azure, Databricks, DevOps, networking, or Terraform certifications are advantageous.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, or similar is a plus.

• Design, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure and platform services, networking components, and Azure Databricks environments supporting PLM integrations and data flows.
• Support Azure networking and infrastructure operations, including connectivity, access management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, environment management, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates (optional but advantageous).

Please note that this role requires presence in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
