QA Engineer (Junior)

• Good understanding of web application mechanisms (HTTP, API, browser behavior)
• Experience in functional testing
• Ability to write automated E2E or API tests (using Playwright, Postman, or similar)
• Proficiency with AI-native tools (Cursor/Claude Code) for generating and maintaining tests, with strong judgment on test validity
• Ability to write simple SQL queries
• Ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Fluent in Polish; English sufficient for reading documentation

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of any programming language
• Experience in medical, insurance, or assistance industries
• Practical knowledge of Git
• Experience with testing in CI/CD pipelines (test gates, smoke tests post-deploy, environment parity checks)
• Familiarity with n8n for automation
• ISTQB certification

• Perform manual functional tests, retests, and smoke tests for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain end-to-end (Playwright) and API (Postman) tests with AI support
• Prepare test documentation and reports
• Support the team in Service Desk handling of client/user tickets
• Continuously automate repetitive manual tasks
• Collaborate closely with the software development team
