PMO Lead

• Strong experience in PMO / program management
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, migration, deployment, or organizational change initiatives, especially while building new business location
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations
• Experience in complex, multi-country programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Effective communication and engagement skills across all organizational levels
• Strong analytical and structuring skills
• High level of ownership and accountability

• Lead the consolidation of plans across workstreams and countries
• Ensure alignment of integrated timelines and track the critical path
• Drive coordination between project teams, business stakeholders and delivery partners
• Own and drive program governance routines
• Maintain a consolidated view of risks, issues, dependencies, and resources
• Ensure mitigation actions are tracked and escalated when required
• Provide clear visibility on program health to leadership
• Lead program-level reporting
• Provide structured insights to support decision-making
• Ensure effective use of program tools (planning, DevOps, reporting)
• Provide visibility on resource allocation across the program
• Support prioritization and capacity planning
• Cooperation with key stakeholders
