Regular UX/UI Designer (FTE)

• Minimum several years of experience in mature UX environments
• Worked on projects where UX had real strategic significance
• Ability to conduct the design process: research → synthesis → concept → testing → iteration
• Comfortable with workshop facilitation and client communication
• Independent and responsible for own decisions

Nice to have:

• Skills in Illustrator
• Motion design
• Workshop facilitation experience

• Manage UX projects end-to-end with support, taking responsibility for decisions beyond just screen design
• Transform complexity from business, technology, and user aspects into clear, effective solutions
• Design user scenarios, information architecture, and interfaces enhancing convenience and efficiency
• Acquire and utilize user knowledge, demonstrating outcomes rather than merely describing processes
• Test, iterate, and improve designs continuously
• Defend design decisions with arguments and engage in substantive discussions
• Accept criticism and learn from it
• Work quickly and with high quality, without requiring micromanagement
• Develop existing systems and products rather than starting from scratch
