- 3+ years of experience driving quality practices within complex product teams.
- Strong product mindset focused on user experience, business logic, and customer impact beyond test cases.
- Interest and knowledge in sports, including rules, competitions, statistics, and event structures.
- Experience or strong awareness of sports betting, odds, trading, sportsbook operations, or related products.
- Proactive approach: independent problem-solving, asking questions, challenging assumptions.
- Clear communication skills to explain technical risks and business impacts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Java.
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business ideas into clear, testable user stories and identify potential risks.
- Participate in design phases to challenge assumptions, spot gaps, and prevent issues before development.
- Advocate quality within the team, explaining risks from technical and business perspectives.
- Utilize modern tools, including AI and LLMs, to automate repetitive tasks, generate test assets, and analyze data.
- Conduct exploratory and structured testing across APIs, integrations, internal tools, workflows, and business processes.
- Validate sports, betting, and customer-facing business rules across various sports, competitions, and products.
- Serve as gatekeeper for release quality, validating that new features meet technical and customer expectations.
