Senior Data Scientist / Tech Lead

• 6+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions in Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI.
• Experience in Machine Learning project leadership and team mentoring.
• Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production.
• Strong Python programming skills including OOP and extensive knowledge of ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Proven expertise deploying solutions in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge and experience applying LLMs (AI agents, semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
• High proficiency in English (C1 level) and excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is a plus.
• Leadership and mentoring experience highly desirable.

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Lead the design of AI solution architectures to meet complex business goals.
• Research, test, and select tools and AI technologies to meet business requirements.
• Translate client business problems into data science problems.
• Architect and oversee implementation of data pipelines and workflows ensuring data quality and security.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build AI applications.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Manage tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure timely delivery.
