Systems Integrations Specialist

Requirements Collection:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements
• Analyze existing documentation and systems to identify gaps and opportunities
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams
• Document functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, and system designs
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
• Produce UML diagrams and BPMN process models for system and business process documentation
• Update and version control all documentation in GitHub or equivalent systems

Design Activities:

• Design REST APIs following best practices and organizational standards
• Create data models and database schemas aligned with business requirements
• Develop system architecture diagrams and technical specifications
• Design integration patterns and data flow diagrams

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Regular meetings with business users to validate requirements, review designs, and gather feedback
• Daily coordination with developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions
• Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholder groups

Standards Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all deliverables adhere to internal Requirements & Analysis standards
• Review and validate requirements against organizational methodologies and frameworks
• Conduct quality checks on documentation and design artifacts
• Maintain compliance with data governance and management policies
• Participate in peer reviews and standard improvement initiatives

Mandatory Pre-Screening Requirement: All vendor partners must conduct thorough pre-screening of their consultant candidates against the specified skillset requirements before submission. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in ALL listed technical skills including REST API design, data modelling, BPMN, UML, Gherkin, SDLC, GitHub, and data governance principles. Failure to properly pre-screen candidates will result in immediate rejection of unqualified candidates and the vendor will not be invited to submit candidates for future requests.
