Senior Salesforce Developer

OBI Smart Technologies is a joint venture between OBI and Reply Group, co-designing, building, and operating mission-critical digital platforms for commerce, customer service, and omnichannel retail. Their mission is to unite technology leadership with deep retail vision to implement standardized processes and scalable digital products that support one of Europe’s largest DIY retailers, advancing internationalization and digital mindset of partners.

• Successfully completed university studies in computer science or a comparable field.
• Experience working as a Salesforce Developer in a complex business or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce functionality, including configuration, custom development, automation, data models, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions and lead technical discussions.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Openness to work in a hybrid model and visit the Katowice office regularly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Translate business processes and requirements into clear, functional, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce functionality hands-on, including custom development, configuration, automation, data models, and integrations.
• Act as a key technical interface between business stakeholders, Salesforce engineering teams, and non-Salesforce development teams.
• Contribute to integration design and alignment with surrounding systems such as APIs, middleware, and data platforms.
• Ensure consistency and synergy across Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Lead technical solution design, support backlog refinement, and communicate progress and dependencies transparently.
• Drive best practices, architectural consistency, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce landscape.
