• English language skills at B2 level (upper intermediate) in both speaking and writing.
• Good organizational skills.
• Communicativeness and high personal culture.
• Promotion and building the school's image in the local environment.
• No final conviction for intentional crimes prosecuted publicly or intentional fiscal crimes.
• Full legal capacity and enjoyment of full public rights.
• Polish citizenship.
• Minimum 1 year of total work experience.

• Maintain the appearance of the university indoors and outdoors, including decoration setup for holidays, information boards, and other internal spaces.
• Implement tasks and arrangements agreed with the supervisor.
• Represent the university's banner at state ceremonies in cooperation with the Student and Graduate Support Center.
• Manage relationships with partners, including organizing the PANS Discount Card, Academic Patronage Classes, and partner cooperation.
• Conduct activities such as meetings with interesting individuals and offer visits to secondary schools.
