[Virbac] IT & AI Operations Manager

Founded in 1968, Virbac is a global leader and the world’s 6th largest animal health pharmaceutical company headquartered in Carros, France, operating in over 100 countries. Its European footprint is organized into regional clusters including the Central & Eastern Europe cluster comprising Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. This role is based in Poland, focusing on the Central & Eastern European cluster.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in IT Operations, IT Management, IT Business Partnering, or IT Project Management in an international environment.
• Experience in Pharma, FMCG, BioPharma, or Tech preferred.
• Fluent in Polish (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and data integration systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake analytics/reporting environments.
• Experience implementing automation and AI tools including AIOps, low-code/no-code solutions, and Generative AI.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network and infrastructure management, and GDPR.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with ability to manage strategic projects and end-user issues.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Infor M3 / Movex ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Czech or Hungarian languages.

IT & AI Operations Management:

• Oversee daily IT operations across Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary to ensure business continuity and system stability.
• Manage local IT infrastructure including hands-on troubleshooting and PC maintenance/setup.
• Manage deployment, configuration, and daily operation of AI-driven tools and core applications such as CRM/Salesforce and reporting environments.
• Ensure compliance with group cybersecurity and IT standards.
• Coordinate vendor and service management for infrastructure and network services.

Project Management & ERP Migration:

• Lead and coordinate regional phases of IT projects including preparation for future Group ERP migrations.
• Translate local operational business needs into technical requirements for Group IT.
• Manage local testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Application Change & Adoption:

• Monitor user feedback and system performance to promote adoption of core applications.
• Organize training and document workflows for new tools and AI functionalities.
• Align operational processes across Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary, sharing best practices.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with the Regional Director C&EE to support business goals through technology.
• Manage relationships and SLAs with external IT vendors, telecom providers, and software partners in the cluster.
