Lead Game Designer

• Senior experience in game design with at least 1 shipped AAA title as Lead or Senior Game Designer.
• Strong grounding in systemic game design and long-term engagement/content loops (live service experience is a plus).
• Data literacy with ability to define KPIs and use live performance data for design decisions.
• Structured and professional approach to game design and production methodologies.
• Proactive and supportive attitude toward development team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good command of English.

• Build and direct high-level feature roadmap in collaboration with Core Team and Production.
• Plan and drive game feature development: set priorities, structure team, assign design owners, assess seniority, and participate in hiring.
• Design engaging, systemic content loops such as seasonal arcs, events, and limited-time modes.
• Set success metrics and iterate based on data and player behavior.
• Create frameworks for detailed designs and identify requirements with co-leads, directors, and production.
• Collaborate with Game Design Team on task prioritization, progress discussions, and problem-solving.
• Mentor and coach game designers supporting their growth and career development.
• Champion designs through full development cycle from conception to post-launch support.
• Support feature implementation: prototyping, iteration, balancing, and delivery.
• Identify improvements to workflows, tools, and design pipelines to increase efficiency.
