QA Engineer

• 3+ years of experience driving quality practices within complex product teams.
• Product mindset focusing on user experience, business logic, and customer impact.
• Strong interest and knowledge of sports, including rules, competitions, statistics, and event structures.
• Awareness or experience in the betting domain, such as odds, trading, sportsbook operations.
• Proactive attitude, questioning assumptions and helping define paths forward.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical risks and business impacts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong experience with API testing, structured data validation, and SQL.
• Basic development skills in reading code and creating simple scripts with Java, Python, and AI-powered tools.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and integrations to identify root causes and quality issues.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business ideas into clear, testable user stories, ensuring understanding of delivery and risks.
• Participate in the design phase to identify gaps and prevent issues before development.
• Act as a quality champion within the team, communicating risks from technical and business perspectives.
• Utilize modern tools such as AI, Copilot, and LLMs to improve efficiency, generate test assets, analyze data, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Perform exploratory and structured testing across APIs, integrations, internal tools, workflows, and business processes.
• Validate sports, betting, and business rules across different sports, competitions, and products.
• Act as gatekeeper for release quality, ensuring new features meet technical and customer expectations before deployment.
