Senior Business Analyst

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is a dynamic software company offering high-quality services for the Polish and international market. The position is for a long-term project developing a SaaS financial platform in a B2B2C model — whitelabeled, configurable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Experience in Requirements Engineering or a related role in fintech or blockchain sectors.
• Knowledge of DLT, capital markets, trading platforms; experience with digital assets and financial market regulations.
• Experience in product ownership and requirements management.
• Practical use of agile methodologies (including Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Skills in elicitation, documentation, and validation of requirements using structured techniques.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – ability to translate technical aspects to business and vice versa.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
• Higher education in Business Informatics, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Requirement gathering: identification, structuring, and documentation of business and technical requirements.
• Process improvement: analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing enhancements.
• Stakeholder coordination: coordinating between product management, technical team, and compliance to align expectations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Technical specification: creating structured, actionable requirement documents and assessing feasibility in cooperation with system architects.
• Implementation support: close collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure correct requirement implementation.
• Lifecycle management: maintaining requirements traceability, tracking changes, and ensuring documentation consistency throughout the development cycle.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
