Senior Systems Analyst (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst experienced in IT solution analysis and design, data flow integration, and business requirements translation in complex system environments. The role focuses on supporting key business processes by designing system functions and integration, working with development teams, architects, and testers. The position is senior-level, hybrid, and based in Warsaw, Kraków, or Gdańsk.

• Experience in IT solution analysis and design.
• Understanding of dependencies between systems and data flows in integrated environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into coherent system solutions.
• Effective communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem identification with optimal solution proposals.
• Care for documentation quality and detailed preparation of materials.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UML or BPMN notation.

• Analyze requirements and design solutions supporting key business processes.
